How we group the casino lobby

Our casino lobby groups games by how you like to play, not just by provider name. Live tables run Royal Baccarat alongside Dragon Tiger and roulette, dealt through studios like Evolution, so the card flow and chip count update on screen as the round plays out. Slot rooms cover Teh Tarik Spins, Fisherman Boat Slots and recognised titles such as Gates of

Olympus and Mahjong Ways from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft. If you'd rather watch a multiplier climb than wait on cards, Lightning Crash Game sits in its own tab next to Aviator. RTP figures show up only where the game or provider exposes them on the screen, so check there rather than relying on outside claims.

How we keep the casino lobby straight

We don't dress up the casino lobby with claims we can't back. Every live table and slot room runs through its own studio's game engine — Evolution handles the live dealer feed, Pragmatic Play and PG Soft run their own slot math — so the outcome sits with the provider, not with us. Where a studio publishes its RTP or fairness certificate on the game screen, that's the figure to rely on, not a number we'd quote on this page.

Provider-run outcomes

Live tables such as Royal Baccarat and Dragon Tiger are dealt and recorded by the studio itself, so round results come from their system, not from a figure we set.

RTP shown at source

Slot rooms display RTP only when Pragmatic Play, PG Soft or the relevant studio exposes it on the game info screen — we point you there instead of quoting our own number.

Account verification before payout

Withdrawal requests from casino wins go through the same account check as your deposit history, matching your Touch 'n Go eWallet or bank details before funds move.

Transparent table and slot list

We list table types and slot studios by name in the lobby menu so you know which provider is running Teh Tarik Spins or Fisherman Boat Slots before you open it.

HELP WHILE PLAYING

Support for the moments that come up mid-round

Questions during a live hand or a stuck slot spin don't need to wait for a new page to load. We've built our help paths around the moments that actually come up inside the casino lobby — a round that didn't settle, a Touch 'n Go eWallet deposit that hasn't shown in your account wallet, or a login hiccup before a Royal Baccarat shoe starts. Reach us without closing the game you're on.

Live chat on the game screen Open live chat straight from the Royal Baccarat or Lightning Crash Game tab if a round looks stuck or a bet didn't register, so we can check the table log with you directly.
Wallet funding checks If a Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay deposit doesn't appear in your account wallet, send the reference number through chat and we'll trace it against the casino ledger.
Account access help Can't get back into a session mid-table? We'll run the usual login check so you're back at the Takraw Kick Slots or baccarat table within the same sitting.

Terms you'll see around the tables

A short set of terms that come up often once you're inside the casino lobby, so a live table or slot screen makes sense the first time you open it.

01
What does 'live dealer' mean on 4result Casino?

A live dealer table streams a real dealer dealing cards or spinning a wheel from a studio, shown on your screen in real time instead of a computer-generated round.

02
What is a crash game like Lightning Crash Game?

A crash game shows a multiplier climbing from a starting point; you decide when to cash out before it stops, and timing is the whole mechanic.

03
What does RTP mean on a slot room?

RTP is the theoretical return a slot pays back over a long run of spins; we show it only where the game or provider publishes that figure on screen.

04
What is KYC and why does a casino ask for it?

KYC is the identity check we run before a withdrawal clears, confirming your account details match your deposit method such as Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay.

05
What's the difference between a slot room and a table game?

A slot room spins reels for a payout combination; a table game like baccarat or roulette follows card or wheel rules with a live or digital dealer.

06
What does 'account wallet' mean inside the casino lobby?

Your account wallet is the balance tied to your 4result account, topped up through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay before you sit at a table or slot.

Questions we get about the casino lobby

A few things players ask us before their first session at a table or slot room, answered the way we'd explain it over chat.

Register with your phone number, confirm the OTP sent to you, then fund your account wallet through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay before opening any table.

Royal Baccarat and Dragon Tiger run as live dealer tables, streamed from the studio feed, alongside roulette rooms you can open from the same casino menu.

Yes — our sportsbook sits in the same account, so you can move from Royal Baccarat to an English Premier League or Malaysia Super League football market without logging out.

Deposits sent through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay update your account wallet once the transfer confirms on your end — check the balance screen before you sit at a table.

Yes, the lobby opens in your mobile browser without a separate download, so Royal Baccarat, slot rooms and the sportsbook all run from your phone, where local law permits.

Open live chat from the game screen with your round reference, and we'll check the spin log against your account before confirming the result.
